Community Impacts
Here For Hope Foundation has empowered communities through climate-smart farming, tree planting, and school gardening. Hundreds of farmers and youth now lead sustainable practices that improve food security and health. From drought recovery to environmental education, lives are being transformed across rural Rwanda.
