Here For Hope Foundation is a Rwandan non-profit dedicated to empowering vulnerable communities to thrive in the face of climate change. Founded in 2023 from a deeply personal experience of drought and famine, our mission is rooted in lived reality—and driven by action.
We work hand-in-hand with smallholder farmers, youth, and schools to promote climate-smart agriculture, restore degraded landscapes, and create green learning spaces. Our programs blend education, sustainability, and community-driven solutions to address food insecurity, poverty, and environmental degradation.
What sets us apart is our team: individuals who have felt the weight of climate challenges firsthand, and who now lead with empathy, purpose, and a deep commitment to change.
